CareerCraft provides digital career tools — resume builder access, templates, and interview preparation content. Because these are digital products delivered instantly upon purchase, this policy explains when a refund is available.
1. 14-Day Satisfaction Window
If you're not satisfied with your CareerCraft plan, contact us within 14 days of your original purchase for a full refund. We don't require a detailed explanation, but feedback helps us improve.
2. Eligible Situations
- You were charged but never received access to your account or purchased plan.
- A technical issue on our end prevented you from using the resume builder, templates, or interview tools.
- You were charged in error, including accidental duplicate charges.
- You cancel within the 14-day satisfaction window described above.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
- Requests made more than 14 days after the original purchase date.
- Change of mind after downloading or exporting a completed resume, cover letter, or template file.
- Dissatisfaction with interview outcomes or job search results — CareerCraft provides tools and guidance, not a guarantee of employment.
- Accounts suspended for violating our Terms of Service.
4. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel a recurring plan at any time from your account settings. Cancelling stops future billing but does not automatically refund the current billing period; access continues until the end of the period you already paid for, unless it falls within the 14-day window above.
5. How Refunds Are Processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer or payment provider. We do not offer store credit in place of a refund unless you request it.
6. How to Request a Refund
Email [email protected] with the email address used at checkout and the approximate purchase date. We aim to respond within two business days.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page; the "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision.
